We looked at many resale homes and weren't finding what we were looking for. After spending time with us and understanding what we were really looking for, Robin showed us a new construction home. The light bulb went off, and we purchased it on the spot! Robin was also instrumental in making sure that the builder made the necessary corrections to the home before we moved in.

Robin sold 2 properties for me. The first was a property in Long Beach, CA that I inherited. First, she went to the property with me to evaluate the situation. I had a squatter there that had been my cousin’s caregiver and she pointed out things that I needed to be aware of. We then sent a notice that the squatter needed to vacate the premises so that the property could be sold. Robin hired someone for me to clean up the outside and inside of the house. This helped me greatly since I was in a time crunch and too emotionally attached to that old house. It was sold “as is” to a developer quickly. Robin had quite an extensive punch, list and my husband and I did a lot of upgrades to our Placentia property to get it ready to list for sale. The house in Placentia sold after 13 showings and 4 days, and we received $25,000 over asking price. We are very happy with how Robin handled both sales.
